I bought the first issue back in the 70s and read it every week religiously and then got to work on it back in the 90s. Now I’m considered a veteran 2000AD artist!&lt;br/&gt;What follows is the progression from pencils to finished art of my latest cover which was on the shelves last week. </description>

At one point or another we all read comics as a kid. &lt;br/&gt;They are a major part of the current popular culture and for that reason, we are often asked to create comic book illustrations for advertising, marketing and editorial purposes.&lt;br/&gt;A good example are a series of illustrations created for Virgin Atlantic Upper Class. These were bound together as a calendar and used to highlight the fantastic upper class service provided on their flights.</description>
